Yesterday I wrote a post on the importance of practices of play and hobbies, especially for church leaders.

My Bliss List
10 things I love do to by myself that have nothing to do with church

1. play piano
2. drive with windows down & music blaring
3. cinnamon crunch bagels at panera
4. read in my hammock in the backyard
5. swim
6. work out
7. hike in one of the metroparks
