Welcome, my friend!
A writing coach once encouraged me to ask my close friends and family what words came to mind when they thought of me. They said innovative, empathic, transparent, vulnerable, inspiring, engaging, passionate, collaborative, relational and intentional.
I used to be someone who would blush over a list like that. I would defer, explain, and excuse kind affirmations. Not so much anymore. At times I still struggle with insecurity, overthinking and fear (don’t we all?!) but I know now that the world needs me fully alive. I’m invited to stop living a small life out of fear. We’re invited to live wide-open, spacious, and expansive lives!
I love to make sense of this kind of world through image, story, and reflection.
